* ESPU members >35 years old who are still in training in an EBPU certified training programme, need to send a letter signed by their programme director stating that they are still in training (indicating start and of the fellowship) before they complete their registration. This is only available for on-line registration, not on-site.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before February 9th 2023 – 10 % cancellation fee.
- From February 10th until April 2nd 2023 – 50 % cancellation fee.
- No refund on cancellations sent after April 3rd, 2023.
- All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
